At Orionride we aim to provide you with quality products and service at all times, however if for whatever reason you are unhappy with your purchase we do offer return options within 30 days. The details please review our return policy. Note that we can't offer exchanges if the products are out of stock. All sale items are final sale, we do not offer refunds unless deemed faulty.
It depends on what shipping method you choose. Standard shipping will take 15-25 business days to arrive. Express shipping will take 10-15 business days to arrive. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
Your order will be fully refunded if it is cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Please submit a help ticket from Contact Us if you decide to cancel the order. We will NOT accept an order cancellation request if the order has already been shipped.

Unfortunately on occasion our warehouse may send out an incorrect item. If this has happened to your order, please contact our Customer Care team via support@orionride.com so we can sort this out as quickly as possible. Include your order number, the name of the item you ordered and the code on the tag of the item you received.
All funds should appear on your bank statement within 5-10 working days. (Please note that refund times are dictated by the card issuers and are outside of our control)
