How to Measure
Chest
Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape level and snug but not tight. Arms should be relaxed at your sides.
Waist
Measure around your natural waistline — the narrowest part of your torso, typically just above the belly button. Keep the tape comfortably snug.
